This new generation PlayBack Rebounder provides the perfect plyometric exercise device. The PlayBack-Pro is not only a medicine ball rebounder with a trampoline surface but also has an optional plyometric plate, call a PlyoPlate that covers the trampoline for plyometric exercises, as well as upper and lower body workouts using a set of Rhino Cords.

The large trampoline like surface is a tireless participant in exercise ball drills of any weight and can be set at any angle of return. It serves as a stable jogging surface for both uphill and downhill drills.

The PlyoPlate is perfect for side angle jump drills and step up/down drills. The large sturdy surface is covered with a soft mat for secure footing for a wide variety of exercise drills. Add the Vertical Leaper option with Rhino Cords and pulleys and you now have the ability to perform squats and jumping exercise drills.

Add an additional set of Rhino Cords with grip handles on the ends to execute upper body and arm exercises. The cords come with a lock down, which attaches to the adjuster in order to vary the height of the cord for each pull. Resistance can be increased by stretching the cord through a cam cleat.
