Seven year olds take on average 55 shots per minute on the Supershooter. This is about five times the number of shots they take by lining up pucks, shooting them, retrieving them. Shot improvement is very noticeable in a short period of time when you use the Supershooter.
2. Is the Supershooter for kids or adults?
We designed the Supershooter as an effective hockey shot training tool for hockey players who are learning to shoot the puck.
3. What type of shots can I take on the Supershooter?
You can take any hockey shot on the Supershooter, wrist, snap, slap, backhand and slap pass.
4. Can I practice my stick handling on the Supershooter?
Yes, the puck rotates so when you practice your stick handling, it is just like practicing on the rink.
5. What is the warranty?
The Super Shooter comes with a 30 day warranty.
6. Can I use the SuperShooter outside?
It operates best when set up in a warm, dry environment on a flat surface
7. Does the SuperShooter require any maintenance? The puck seems to have slowed down when shooting?
When you purchase a SuperShooter the track come lubricated so the puck easily slides as you take shots, over the course of time the track with require additional lubrication, (after several thousand shots). All you need to do is add some bike grease to the inside of the aluminum track where the carriage slides. You can purchase bike grease at any cycling store.
If you see that the rail where the carriage slides is getting dirty you can remove the horizontal bolt at one end of the track, slide out the EVA rubber stoppers, then slide out the carriage, (ensure you catch all 4 ball bearings when removing the carriage). you can then clean the ball bearings, the carriage and if you have an old tooth brush you can clean the railing inside the track where the carriage slides. Once you do this you should add bike grease directly to the cleaned ball bearings then insert them back into the carriage, then back into the track, instert the EVA rubber in the same order you took it out and then insert the horizontal bolt and nut - ensure you do not over tighten the bolt as it can pinch the carriage in the track.
8. The top of the track will get dirty if you use a stick with black or white tape on it, how do I clean it?
You can clean the track by using a damp, (not wet) sponge and mild soap, ensure you tilt the track when cleaning so no water or soap gets into the rail where the carriage slides.

"I used to take shots in the garage but having to pull pucks out of the net all the time is a pain, with the SuperShooter I can take more than 5x the shots in the same time, (my dad timed it) - the SuperShooter is a fun tool to use and I can already see the difference in my shot."
