The Slide Board gives you the ability to work the skating muscles while working on form. Its 22" horizontal pad lets you glide back and forth between foam bumpers to practice endurance, leg power and agility. At the same time, the shooting pad, light enough to roll up but heavy enough to use for hard slap shots, gives you a surface to simultaneously practice your stick work.
- Includes the HS Slide Board Pro 8' model & HS Roll-Up Pad 4.5' x 8'.
- The Roll-Up Pad is thin enough to roll up yet thick enough for smooth feel on heavy slap shots.
- The rubber wedges are angled to ensure correct form on push-offs.
- Comfortable foam bumpers for pushing off stoppers.
- Great product for any hockey player to practice skating strides, stickhandling and shooting simultaneously.
- Use in or outdoors on a smooth flat surface.
- Add the HS Extreme Passer Clamp-On model & incorporate passing drills in your training.
- Slide Board comes with a pair of LG booties (size 8-12).

Excellent training products. My slide board and the shooting pad or a big hits in our. I would've given that fifth star if not for the lack of instructional material and advise that comes with the products. After reading a lot of reviews and looking at more information you regularly need to clean the slide board and shooting pad with a mild non-abrasive cleaner and then spray and buff out with a furniture polish or equivalent. This will keep you and the pucks sliding. Also, I wish someone would have written a review to let people know when they first buy this that there's a little bit of a break in period with the SlideBoard and shooting pad. It only took me a few days maybe a week tops but it helps if you make sure you get a good amount of polish on there and buffed off. With the slide board, go slow at first and set It at a small distance. It'll start to break itself in. It definitely gets better with time the more scratches on the board and Scuffs the easier it is to slide and shoot. Last thing the shooting pad is really great for "shooting" but for stickhandling I found a green basket was much better to use the regular park regular pucks like to stick a little bit and flip.

Thanks to 'How to Hockey' and my twin boys love for the game they wanted a dry land training aid and got the idea after watching him on YouTube. After much research and many knock off products that had poor reviews, I knew I had to pony up the money for something very durable for 2 reasons. 1)They are BOYS! 2)They are hockey players! Every parent of hockey player's know they can trash and out grow gear with a blink of an eye! I play, but it's beer league hockey and after being on the slide board for 5 minutes, I realized how out of shape I was! The slide board is very durable and I would highly recommend this product for any family or hockey organization. Online shopping was easy to navigate on a mobile device and each product was listed correctly by size. Even though I chose the standard shipping it arrived 3 days early! Thanks to Coach Jeremy from 'How to Hockey' for promoting this product and Hockeyshot for making a quality product!!
