1. Order Status: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process before it will ship (please note processing time does not count as business shipping days).
2. Don't Spoil the Surprise! Our deliveries don't require a signature. All packages have HockeyShot logo & product info on them, including pictures. If you do not want the recipients of the Christmas gift to see what you have ordered, please ship to a different address (family, friend, work) or ensure the child (or adult) won't see the package left at your door.
3. Return Policy: We realize shopping online has its limitations, like not being able to physically hold a product before you purchase it. All we ask upon returning or exchanging an item is that it be unused and in the original packaging with an attached receipt. *Excludes Extreme Glide Synthetic Ice.
4. Price Matching: Only one promo-code can be applied per order and promo-codes cannot be used on already discounted products. Due to irregular promotions and sales during the holidays (November 1st - January 7th, 2019), HockeyShot's normal Price Match Guarantee guidelines have been adjusted.
5. $niper Reward$: Please note, your order must be completed and shipped before any Sniper Rewards are added to your HockeyShot account. Spend $1 and earn 1 point. 20 points = $1 off your next purchase.
6. Warehouse Pick-up: When placing an order for pick-up in Oakville, please note that this is not a retail store but a warehouse. Hours of operation are 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Please be advised that you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up from the warehouse and you are not to come to the warehouse until you get that email, otherwise your order will not be ready.
